CO-MANAGER FAMILY SERVICES

LIFEWISE Family Services (formerly known as West Auckland Family Services) has been a major provider of foster care, parent education and social work support to children and families in West Auckland for more than 17 years. We need a creative, flexible and passionate person who is committed to providing excellent services to children and families in West Auckland to help co-manage our developing community services.

The successful applicant will lead an experienced team of social workers and parent educators. They will take primary responsibility for managing the Community Services Team, and work alongside another co-manager who takes primary responsibility for our foster care service.

This new position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with energy and vision to participate in the development of community services for children and families in West Auckland.  To be successful in this role you will be known for your ability to make things happen.  A qualified social worker, you will bring with you a thorough knowledge of the community sector and be a natural networker, collaborator and team-builder.
